I had to move quickly, and Breanne was incredibly responsive, making the move as stress-free as possible on an accelerated timeline. Chelsea, Candice, and Bailey have been awesome and so helpful from the day I picked up my keys. As someone who has lived in most major cities from coast to coast, I can confidently say that the amenities here are second to none. But it's the people who have made it such an amazing experience thus far. Highly recommend Novel RiNo!

What a phenomenal apartment building and overall space. I cant recommend it highly enough. Hosted an event in the lobby space and was so impressed - they have a full bar area set up and a wide variety of seating areas. Would be great for working remotely as well. The attention to detail was impeccable, especially the local art work installations. The rooftop pool was BREATH TAKING! In such a great location with so many restaurants and bars near by.

Overall very grateful I made the choice to rent with Novel. Every time I called during my application process, Bailey took the calls right away, and she always had the time to listen and take notes on everything. A+ service from the leasing agents. & even their maintenance staff member David is fantastic. I’ve been in construction my whole life and can identify someone who knows how to complete tasks effectively with great representation of the company.

Novel RiNo has provided a fantastic living experience over my past 6 months. Top tier amenities and top tier staff. The leasing office and community team have been so quick to address any concerns, and have constantly communicated with residents in the event of a temporary inconvenience. The building is gorgeous and well maintained, with a dedicated maintenance staff. I have felt comfortable in and around my apartment since my move in.
Would like to shout out Breanne and Candice for making my cross country move in as smooth as possible, and for providing me with all the information I needed going forward as a tenant and Denver resident. Also want to mention the lifestyle coordinator, Chelsea who has been absolutely great about setting up community and social events that are engaging and welcoming for all of the residents.
Would ABSOLUTELY recommend living here.

Candice was amazing. She made the whole process for moving in so easy! The approval process was fast, she was constantly in contact to keep me updated and even happily made last minute changes for my move that I had to request because of my own bad planning. By far the most seamless, move in process I've ever experienced at an apartment complex. Super excited to join the community here!

I’ve lived at Novel for over a year. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The apartments have nice finishes, and the layout worked well for me.
The staff, especially Lucas, Bre, and Bailey, have been super helpful whenever I needed something. The maintenance team is also great—everyone is friendly, and they handled repairs quickly.
The amenities are solid. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and never felt too crowded, which made it easy to stay consistent with workouts. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing and socializing.
One of the highlights of living here was the sense of community. There’s an event almost every other week, thanks to Dannielle and Denzel from the Apartment Life team, and it’s a great way to meet neighbors. The social scene is active but never overwhelming—I was never disturbed by noise, and it’s a good environment for studying.
All in all, it’s a great place to live with a strong community feel and responsive management.
