Central air-conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable. Step directly from the bedroom onto your spacious private deck, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a propane barbeque grill. Free parking is available across the street in the unpaved lot on a first-come, first-served basis. The Reserve at Lake Travis is a private luxury community located just west of Austin along the sparkling south shore of Lake Travis. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise at your own pace. Off the lake, explore the best of Central Texas. Tee off at nearby championship golf courses, browse over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or grab a bite at one of the area’s cozy, local diners. Downtown Austin is just a scenic 45-minute drive away. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours span from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. The stairs leading to the loft are steep, so please observe safety and monitor children at all times. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. For trash disposal, please follow the signs in the area that leads to the Vending. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
