Downtown Indianapolis is just minutes away, with easy access to Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Zoo, and the Children’s Museum. Fountain Square is highly walkable, and downtown Indianapolis is less than 5 minutes by car or rideshare. The Cultural Trail, a popular bike and pedestrian path, runs right through Fountain Square and leads directly into downtown. IndyGo bus routes connect Fountain Square to downtown and other parts of the city. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, and any smell noticed by cleaners or any physical evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. All guests are screened using a third-party partner. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed, and violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.
