This villa features 5 generously sized bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a comfortable living room for family gatherings, a complimentary washer and dryer, and a dining room for group meals. Enjoy the game room with a pool table, arcade machines, and a game console, or relax in the home cinema for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and there are indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor patio features loungers and a grill. Free access to the community water park and clubhouse amenities is included. If you’d like to add heating for the pool and spa, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. This service is $35 per day. Discover Windsor at Westside, a vibrant and highly sought-after community offering an unforgettable family getaway. Just a short stroll from the clubhouse, this resort combines comfort, fun, and convenience for all ages. Enjoy world-class resort amenities including a sprawling pool, winding lazy river, exciting water slides, a separate splash pool for little ones, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a large clubhouse with arcades, a bar and lounge, and more. Beyond the resort, the area is filled with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With Disney World and Orlando’s top attractions just a short drive away, everything you want is within reach. Easily accessible via State Road 192, US-27, and I-4, the resort is only 10 miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s other iconic destinations. Check-out is at 10 AM. A Ring camera is installed by the front door. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
