Feel at home in this amazing themed house, perfect for an unforgettable Disney experience. This spacious home features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy two living areas, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The home includes a free washer and dryer, outdoor pool loungers, and access to a private south-facing pool with the option to add heat. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, it is available for $35 per day of usage with at least a week's notice. Located in the ChampionsGate community, this home offers free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. It's conveniently located 20-25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. Enjoy nearby shopping and dining at Posner Park, and easy access to I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park in the driveway in front of the garage, and one vehicle on the street in front of the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
