A dedicated movie room with bean bag chairs and a popcorn machine creates an easy setting for film nights, while the game room provides foosball and air hockey for friendly matches. The large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is supported by cooking basics and plenty of room to prepare and enjoy food. Indoor dining areas are complemented by spacious spots outside, allowing you to choose how you gather each day. Essential comforts include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Optional pool and spa heating can be added for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Free parking is available on the premises for up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property. This is a pet-friendly home, with a written notification and approval from the host required for one house-trained dog, subject to a pet fee of up to $150 security deposit. Propane for the grill is usually provided by the guests, with a propane tank available in the house to fill up and use during the stay. ChampionsGate places you near Orlando’s most sought-after destinations, including theme parks, dining, and shopping. With nearby access to major freeways, day trips and park visits are easy, and returning home means settling into a quiet community with ample amenities at your fingertips. The community's gated setting and recreation-rich layout enhance the experience whether you spend your days on site or exploring beyond. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in fines. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, with excessive noise to be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations, or may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Guests are required to provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
