This beautifully remodeled home offers ample space to unwind while soaking in stunning views from inside or relaxing in the hot tub. The open living space is the heart of the home where you can gather together on the stylish chaise lounge and spend an evening surrounding the grand floor-to-ceiling fireplace while you watch the sunrise over the water. The modern, chef-friendly open kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need, including high-end appliances, double ovens, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, an Instant Pot, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and a breakfast bar. Make your way downstairs and into the fun entertainment room equipped with a full bar and plenty of fun games giving you hours of fun for all ages. Here you can watch movies on the smart TV with streaming, play games, enjoy the family board and card games, or simply lay back on the inviting sofa and read a book from the mini library. Guests have access to a kayak that is placed beneath the deck with a life vest hanging on the deck below the lower level. Centrally located, it’s just 1.5 hours to downtown Seattle, 2 hours to Olympic National Park, and 2.5 hours to Mount Rainier and ski resorts. Nearby attractions include Illahee State Park, Lions Park, Evergreen Rotary Park, the Puget Sound Navy Museum, the USS Turner Joy Museum Ship, downtown Bremerton, and the Silverdale Shopping Center. Parking is strictly on the wooden platform that belongs to us on the main road, street side. Do not park on the street side as the road is busy and narrow. The parking platform can easily host 2 cars. However, if you have more than two cars there are many parking spots at the nearby public Illahee dock. There are some staircases (towards the beach) and railings in the house that could be potentially hazardous to young children who are not carefully watched. No pets are allowed without prior authorization. No additional guests beyond the total guest count are allowed on the property without prior authorization. Evidence of unauthorized pets, additional guests, or smoking on the property could result in immediate termination of the reservation. When it comes time to eat open up the sliding glass doors to let the cool breeze in, then dine together at the custom, built-in table with additional seating for four up at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. There are three generous bedrooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Wash up in the two sparkling bathrooms including the master bath with a heated floor, a relaxing full-size tub, a shower and a his and hers vanity along with the family bathroom and a handy half bath located on the main floor. Each bathroom comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels for your stay. Guests also have full access to the laundry with a washing machine and complimentary detergent to keep you feeling fresh and clean during your stay.
