The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap and sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, a fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, a coffee pot, toaster, knives, a cutting board, and coffee. The bathroom is stocked with hand soap, towels, garbage bags, a hair dryer, and a first aid kit. The mattress has a mattress protector and the pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay. Small dogs are allowed with a one-time $149 pet cleaning fee and $40/month/pet additional fee. This apartment is centrally located to everything in Grand Rapids. You can be to any highway or in the heart of downtown in less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is very safe with a lot to do in the area. The unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops and is also very close to the bus stop. There are many bus stops nearby as well as numerous electric scooters and bikes for rent across the street. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.
