Come & Stay at our newly remodeled 2-Story Cottage. Appliances are new and furnishings were updated. Living room is spacious. Whole house is yours to use and entertain. It's convenient and within walking distance of downtown venues in Grand Rapids, MI. House has 3 bedrooms (2 up and 1 on the main floor) with 2 baths. Sleeps 12 with lots of amenities just like home -- cable, Wi fi Internet, work station, micro-wave, washer/dryer and a large kitchen to hold a crowd. Can park 4 to 6 cars in the back lot by privacy fence. Visit GVSU, Ford Museum, Zoo, Grand Rapids Children's, Public & Art Museums, Van Andel Arena, and/or DeVos Hall. Prior written approval for pets is required. Please contact owner regarding any pets, types of pets, and pet fees. Utilities, trash removal, snowplowing, and lawncare are included. Contact owner by calling or texting owner at 616.661.8830 for a personal showing and/or for more information. Lease is month to month and Security Deposit is one month's rent.
