The space includes a cozy living room with a futon for additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spotless, well-kept bathroom. You'll find all the essentials, plus quality amenities and toiletries, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Guests have access to the fitness center and the seasonal pool. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. You cannot receive mail here. This unit is in an apartment building and we do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Additionally, the building itself is not managed by us and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us.
