Enjoy fresh air on the private balcony. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. This centrally located apartment is just a short stroll to Crystal City Metro, giving you fast access to D C ’s National Mall and iconic landmarks. It's also steps from Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, featuring premier shopping, trendy boutiques, and entertainment options, and surrounded by top-rated restaurants, cafés, and bars along 23rd St S, perfect for casual meals or evening outings. Close to Potomac Yard Park and other green spaces for walking, jogging, or relaxing outdoors, this apartment offers easy access to major highways and is only a short drive to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as this is a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours´ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. In case of smoking inside, a $300 fine will be charged. A party on the property will result in a $300 fine. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don´t forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
