Easy access to public transportation, including the 49th Street (N, Q, R, W), 50th Street (C, E), and Times Square-42nd Street (1, 2, 3, 7, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W) subway stations, as well as bus routes, makes exploring the entire city effortless. Central Park and the Hudson River are also within walking distance. Typical city noises such as traffic, sirens, and street activity are to be expected due to the central location near Times Square. Parties of any kind are expressly forbidden and violation will lead to immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional charges for any resultant damages. Smoking is prohibited within the property and non-compliance will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am daily. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. In cases where plumbing issues are found to be a result of negligence, such as the flushing of prohibited items or excessive toilet paper leading to clogs, a plumbing service fee of $350 will be applied. For long-term stays exceeding 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning service is required at an additional fee of $200. Guests are requested to refrain from having personal mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay. Do not rearrange the furniture or remove any items from the property, and avoid attaching any decorations or items to the walls or ceilings that could cause damage. Please bag all household garbage and trash before placing them in the designated waste cart. Recycling of paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and metals is encouraged using the separate recycling bin provided. For any maintenance or cleaning needs, a 24-hour notice is requested.
