Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and one of the best places to live in Texas. With its rural, small-town feel, this neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. Conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport, there are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks for you to explore. Twin Coves Park, Bridlewood Golf Club and CAC Water Park are a short drive away. For those interested in exploring Dallas, the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, Six Flags Over Texas, and AT&T Stadium are nearby. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate applies for 6+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk; do not leave it unattended at any time.
