Feel at home in this chic 2-bedroom home in Norfolk, VA, perfect for up to 4 guests. This elegant space features a modern interior, a well-equipped kitchen, and plush bedding. There are two cameras on the property located outside: one at the entrance of the front door and the other facing the driveway and street. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, and there is a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped domestically within one week of discovery, and the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count and the host is not notified, there will be a $75 fee per person. Located in a charming neighborhood, this home is close to local attractions, dining, and shopping, offering the best of both convenience and tranquility. Locks on the gates are not permitted. Additional fees will apply for the following: smoking ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), dirty dishes ($100), and missing towel ($20 per towel). Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at our property. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway, additional street parking is available. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
