Access to a shared outdoor pool is available from 8am-10pm. Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. The townhouse is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to one of the Mardi Gras routes. Gatherings of more than 16 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction and will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
