The condo features an open floor plan with panoramic city views from the dining, living area, and bedroom, along with updated appliances and several guest-friendly upgrades. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials for an exceptional stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, and silverware, while the condo also offers a washer, dryer, central air, and heat. Additional upgrades include a drip coffee maker, clothes iron, blow dryer, and smart TV. On-site paid parking is available, starting at $40 per night, with a maximum of three cars. Located near the French Quarter, this condo offers easy access to Bourbon St., the National WWII Museum, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Harrah's New Orleans Hotel & Casino, and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. Several jazz clubs and bars in the French Quarter are within walking distance, and the Superdome Stadium is just 0.4 miles away. The nearest airport is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out options may be available, with notifications sent via email or text. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests or visitors require management consent. Violations may incur fines ranging from $200 to $500. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver's License is required upon booking. Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. This is a non-smoking building, and violations will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violations. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items on the premises.
