The National WWII Museum, Jackson Square, Audubon Aquarium, Garden District, Audubon Park, Frenchmen Street, Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 are all nearby. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Pets are not allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking.
