Located on world-famous Canal Street, one block off St. Charles Ave, this apartment is right on the parade route. It's within walking distance to everything downtown and the Superdome. This historic building was originally built in the 1920s and was fully restored in 2023. Magazine Street is very close to the address. The National WWII Museum, Jackson Square, Audubon Aquarium, Garden District, Audubon Park, Frenchmen Street, Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 are all nearby. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Pets are not allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. Includes a workspace/desk.
