The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units, as well as a shared swimming pool. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee. Located one block off St. Charles Street, this residence is adjacent to everything the Garden District offers. Residences Du Carondelet sits within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines, and is within walking distance of the Central Business District (CBD). The CBD boasts some of the country's finest dining establishments, premier music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. The French Quarter is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute ride via Lyft or Uber. The Superdome and Smoothie King Center are a 25-minute walk or a 7-minute ride via Uber or Lyft. The residence is a short walking distance from great establishments like Emeril’s Delmonico, Lula Restaurant Distillery, and Mr. Ed’s Seafood & Oyster House. St Charles Tavern and Tacos and Beer are other nearby options. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. This residence has no dedicated parking; only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
