This home is located near Lake Ray Hubbard and offers a grand brick exterior and manicured landscaping. This home is equipped with every possible luxury, including beautiful furniture and décor. The spacious living room features comfy couches and chairs, a fireplace, and a TV. The huge, fully equipped kitchen offers lots of countertop space and storage, built-in appliances, and a breakfast bar. There is also a formal dining room with a wet bar. The master suite has separate vanities, a relaxing soaking tub, and a standing shower. The backyard is a relaxing paradise with stunning landscaping, plenty of patio space, a pergola, a large grassy area, and a pool with an attached hot tub. Please note that the spa heating element and jets are inoperable. If you arrive by car, free parking is available with 2 cars allowed in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest after the first six. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. This home is also 40 minutes to DFW Airport and 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026! Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 11 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 6 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake.
