This 2-bedroom, 1-bath camper/RV is parked in a private fenced-in yard. Designed for comfort, convenience, and outdoor fun, this camper/RV features a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, dishes, silverware, and cookware. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining options, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. Outside, you'll find a BBQ grill with utensils and an outdoor kitchen. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. A car is recommended for exploring nearby parks, beaches, trails, and local attractions. The property offers a peaceful and private glamping setting while keeping you close to outdoor adventures and entertainment in the surrounding area. Please note that there may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. While the home is regularly treated for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
