Welcome to this unique 2-bedroom, 1-bath camper/RV glamping experience, parked in a private fenced-in yard, where you can feel at home. Designed for comfort, convenience, and outdoor fun, this camper/RV features a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, dishes, silverware, and cookware. Enjoy indoor comfort with an electric fireplace and smart TV. For outdoor enjoyment, there's a firepit, patio seating, cornhole, other outdoor games, and a BBQ grill with utensils and an outdoor kitchen. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. A car is recommended for exploring nearby parks, beaches, trails, and local attractions. There may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet; pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST, and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by the payment processor, and this fee is not refundable.
