Enjoy the convenience of keyless smart lock check-in and private parking for two cars. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Located minutes from local dining and coffee shops, this home is also conveniently located 10 minutes from grocery stores, 15 minutes from the Navy base, and 18 minutes from shopping. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighbors. Smoking is allowed outside the home in designated outdoor areas, and you are kindly asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Additional fees will be charged for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late check-out fee.
