Assigned parking is available for 2 vehicles; overflow parking is labeled guest by the pool and the back of the community. Street parking is not allowed. The community offers a heated pool. Located on 11th Street, this apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Port Aransas Beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and sandcastle fun. Nearby attractions include the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (1.2 miles), Roberts Point Park (2.1 miles), the Port Aransas Museum & Farley Boat Works (1.7 miles), and Chapel on the Dunes (1 mile).
