The laundry room is fully stocked with a washer, dryer, detergent, an iron, and an ironing board. A dining table seats up to six guests. Located a 50-minute drive (24 miles) from NYC, this apartment is also near several attractions. It's a 9-minute drive to Paterson Great Falls Historical Park, a 12-minute drive to Saint Joseph Hospital, a 15-minute drive to Garrett Mountain Reservation, a 20-minute drive to MetLife Stadium (FIFA World Cup 2026), and a 25-minute drive to American Dream Mall. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. No parties, gatherings, loud music, or smoking are allowed at the property. The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. A camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in place within the apartment. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed to stay at this property, and any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45. Any property damage will be charged to the guest.
