Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and a smart TV with streaming apps installed in the living room, as well as complimentary coffee. Located in the heart of Nora, you’ll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping at every corner. Take a short drive to Broad Ripple, and then visit the Fashion Mall at Keystone – the premier luxury shopping destination for the Indianapolis metro area, and Indiana. The walkability score is 65, the transit score is 31, and the bike score is 79. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
