I lived here for 3 years and Hunters Point is deserving of MORE than 5 stars. I’ve lived in numerous apartments before and none of them came close to comparing to the positive experience of living at Hunters Point. Staff is WONDERFUL: From the time I filled out an application to the time I moved out I was treated like family, not just another occupant. Barb and Beth (Managers) and Scott (Maintenance) always took care of any concerns or issues that happened (there were very few) and went above and beyond to make our apartment feel like “home.” Lots of Amenities: Pool and grounds are pristine, various resident appreciation events, great communication with texting service and ongoing happenings in the complex. Location and Pricing: Perfect location just on the edge of downtown Zionsville. Walkable to stores, the village, and a hop skip and a jump to the local Zionsville Trails. Pricing is 100% fair and reasonable. No outstanding rent increases every year, and a great value for what you pay based on everything listed above. I couldn’t recommend this Complex more to any potential residents. 10/10. The only reason we moved is because we purchased our first home.
