Enjoy the open concept plan and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated parking space. This apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from local restaurants, 10 minutes from local coffee shops and the grocery store, 15 minutes from the Navy Base, and 18 minutes from shopping. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are kindly asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee.
