It's an 11-minute drive to Navy Point Beach, 24 minutes to the main Pensacola Beach, 19 minutes to Naval Air Station and the National Naval Aviation Museum, 5 minutes to Pensacola Shopping Plaza, 7 minutes to Corry Field Shopping Mall, 45 minutes to Fort Pickens, and 37 minutes to Gulf Breeze Zoo. Pensacola is one of America's oldest and most storied cities and is located along the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches. The city is a place full of friendly people with a small-town feel, but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy. There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees for smoking are $250 and for glitter or confetti, $200. Pet noise must not cause a noise disturbance for neighbors. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and downtown is very walkable.
