It was an easy process getting my application answered, Jordan was more than happy to assist me anyway I needed and when I got there, this whole property exceeded all expections! I did really like how friendly everyone always seemed, and through their site they have a way to send maintenance requests and the guys are always really polite and respectful when attending to it. They also respond quickly! ★★ It is in a nice location, I did appreciate that. very pleased with my whole experience!! Highly recommend! I also love the whole "little community" feel of the place.

My husband and I just renewed our lease here, and since moving in we have had nothing but positive experiences! The apartments are clean, and not just given the white paint special. The few maintenance requests we’ve had were solved the same day, and after living in other apartments in the area that is so rare to come by! The landscaping is immaculate and well kept, and above all else the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and make us feel appreciated as residents often! (another rare commodity in this area) We never stop talking about how much we love it here, and how big of a step up this complex is. We plan on upsizing to a two bedroom one day, we can’t imagine leaving any time soon! Lastly, if you’re introverted like us no worries, the app is easy to navigate paying rent as well as messaging the office and making maintenance requests. I normally get a response within a few hours :)
