This stunning 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom getaway comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups. Spread out across bright and stylish living spaces, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of room for relaxation. Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where you can soak up the Florida sun, take a dip in the pool, or unwind with loved ones after a day of adventure. The heated pool fee is $75 per night, and the pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A 3-day notice is required before arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars, and street parking is allowed. This home is just minutes from world-famous attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, along with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located within the beautiful Windsor at Westside resort community, guests enjoy access to incredible amenities such as a kids’ splash pad, resort-style pool, lazy river, sports courts, complimentary arcade, fire pit, and relaxing hot tubs. Nearby attractions include Old Town Kissimmee, Shingle Creek Regional Trail, and Downtown Kissimmee & Lakefront Park. Restaurants like La Gloria Grill and Wildside Texas BBQ are also close by. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets and no parties are allowed, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement, providing a valid ID and matching credit card, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
