Feel at home in this cozy apartment in the Mill District, perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, lobby, lounge, library, pool access (where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day), and a sauna. The decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Up to two pets are welcome (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breed) with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. The Mill District, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. Many of the historic flour mills have been converted into elegant homes and office spaces. The location and downtown are very walkable, and Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Registration Number: LIC415740
