You will be situated just steps away from iconic attractions like Lock 7, Mountain Locks Park, Decew Falls, Montebello Park, and the breathtaking Niagara Falls. You'll also be at the heart of a vibrant dining and entertainment scene, surrounded by a wide array of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Niagara Falls is only 10 minutes away. There are 2 parking spots on the driveway, and you may find additional parking on the street. Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the house, and doing so will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a noise monitoring device installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels, but does not record audio. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture or left unattended, and you must pick up pet waste. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. Includes a dedicated work station.
