It sleeps 8 adults and 1 baby/toddler and features fast Wi-Fi, a 65 inch smart TV, and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need, including complementary coffee and tea, a spice rack, toddler/baby bowls and plates, cooking essentials, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. Only a 10-minute drive to Niagara Falls, this home is close to family-friendly restaurants, cafés, and parks, making it a perfect base for making lasting memories with the ones you love. There are 2 parking spots on the driveway, and you may find additional parking on the street. Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the house. Doing so will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Any damages caused to furniture or linens may be subject to charges for replacements. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture or to be left unattended, and pet waste must be picked up. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7 to ensure that guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. There are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy. Includes a dedicated work station and a dedicated make-up station.
