Deluxe Renovation units - Our most recently renovated units feature a complete inner renovation, as well as stainless steel appliances. 2. Upgraded Appliance units - Units renovated between 3-5 years ago, featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances. 3. Basic Appliance units - Our most affordable units, that feature similar renovations to the upgraded units, however with white appliances.
