Parking is in the lot steps from the front door where one assigned space belongs to the unit and guest parking is available. Rent includes water/sewer/condo fee. Utilities paid by tenant include Gas, Electric and Internet. $1600 refundable security deposit required. Application fee will be charged to each adult applicant (over 18) which pays for your credit/background check. Proof of income required.
