Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and a $250 fee per day will be charged if violated. Pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed, and a noise monitoring device is used to detect noise levels. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on your guest list. Any violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons, with exceptions for long-term stays. For long-term stays, guests are required to complete a criminal background check for approval and a $500 trust and safety hold, which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout.
