There are multiple flights of stairs throughout the home, and the main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor, so guests should be comfortable navigating stairs during their stay. Modern aesthetics meet timeless sophistication, with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy living areas. The expansive rooftop oasis is ideal for cocktails, city views, and making lasting memories. Smart TVs throughout allow you to easily connect to all your favorite streaming apps. High-speed Wi-Fi connectivity is available for work and play. A secure two-car garage is available, and ample street parking is nearby for additional cars. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay. Nestled in an emerging neighborhood, this oasis is a stone's throw from Marathon Music Works, North Gulch, City View, and the vibrant Farmers Market. The proximity to downtown without the hotel bustle is a gift. A plethora of eateries and bars grace the surroundings, including favorites like Geist, Mothers Ruin, and Central BBQ. Commute times by car are: Germantown - 2 mins (.5 miles), The North Gulch - 2 mins (.5 miles), The South Gulch - 5 mins (1.5 miles), Downtown/Broadway - 4 mins (1.5 miles), East Nashville - 6 mins (3 miles), Midtown/Vanderbilt - 7 mins (2 miles), and 12th South - 10 mins (4 miles). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property (including porches, decks, or outdoor areas) at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will be applied as needed. If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets (ex. excessive pet hair, stains, odor, accidents, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. Guests must clean up all pet waste in the yard and dispose of it properly in the designated trash cans/dumpsters. Refrain from using decorations that include glitter or confetti or using tape, tacks, or other adhesive on the surfaces.
