The galley kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The unit includes a TV, and for your convenience, a washer and dryer are available. Guests have free access to many building amenities, including a gym, a community room, a dog park, an outdoor area with seating, and a grill. This eclectic neighborhood offers many types of shops, ethnic restaurants, and local taverns within walking distance. The complex is also within walking distance to Highland Park, a large, well-designed park perfect for walkers and hikers. Enjoy easy access to Highway 490 and is only a mile from downtown Rochester. Please be mindful of neighbors; annoying sounds, odors, and lights are not allowed, including loud music, arguments, frequent or late-night invitees, and unruly or threatening behavior. Parties are not allowed on the premises, and quiet hours are observed from 8 pm to 9 am. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Guests are responsible for returning all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving. Please maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit and notify management immediately upon discovering water leaks. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture; coasters are provided. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. Guests are responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations. No parking on premises except in permitted areas. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. Guests are responsible for all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to their fault or actions. Any damages found in the unit will be the guest's responsibility to cover replacement costs, with an additional 20% administrative fee charged for damages. The minimum age to rent is 30.
