Feel at home in this SOHO-style loft property, completed for the discerning cosmopolitan client. This apartment features an open living room, soaring 16-foot ceilings, exposed wood beams and brick walls, and an oversized skylight. This apartment includes a custom European kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a quartz countertop. Please feel free to use the items in the cabinets and fridge, such as almond milk, condiments, and spices. If you have a car, parking is difficult to find during late evening hours, but there is always parking available on Paterson Plank RD, about a 5-7 minute walk in the back of the Food Bazaar Supermarket. Situated between two beautifully historical churches and close to bars and restaurants, this apartment is also on a very quiet street. Ideally located four minutes away from Jersey City, seven minutes from Hoboken, roughly 15 minutes from NYC, 14 minutes from Metlife Stadium, 20 minutes from Newark Airport, and 15 minutes from Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park. There are several ways to get to and from the city, including the NJT bus 123 (serves Jersey City, Union City, New York City, The Lenox, Troy Towers, Congress Street Station) and the NJT bus 125 (serves Journal Square, New York City, Jersey City, North Bergen, Union City). Uber and Lyft are also very popular and reliable. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM, both outside and inside. Conversations and TV/music should be respectful during these hours. Please refrain from playing music or anything loud in the bedroom because the walls are very thin. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, photography, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending the night or not. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked/covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. All cameras are located on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside the apartment. The cleaning staff does not do dishes, so please wash your dishes and place them back where you found them before check-out. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including paper towels, wipes (even flushable), condoms, hair, and foreign objects. If there is a backup during your stay or on the day of check-out, you may be liable for the plumbing bill. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. A $200 late fee will be incurred if the apartment is not vacated by the respected hour. Any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages to the furniture/appliances, and you will be responsible for the bill.
