The gourmet kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is comfy and modern with a flat-screen TV. The apartment features a 5-burner gas range, an island with bar seating, a dining table for 8, and an in-unit laundry room. A pack and play is available. Free 2-car garage parking is available. This neighborhood is located a short distance from some of the hottest spots in East Nashville. Some nearby spots include Five Points, Butcher & Bee, The Pharmacy, Holland House, Barista Parlor, Edley's BBQ, Smith & Lentz Brewery, Southern Grist Brewery, and Mas Tacos. Dogs are allowed, up to two under 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended unless crated. Dogs must be housebroken and should not cause excessive noise. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed unless pre-approved prior to your stay. No glitter or confetti decorations are allowed, and no decorations are allowed on the wallpaper. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, notify the host. Quiet hours are observed, and the property has a zero-tolerance policy on being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Only registered guests are allowed. The primary guest must be 21 years or older. When not in use, make sure all doors are shut and locked. Do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street.
