At the back of the house, the primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. Parking is simple and stress-free with four dedicated spaces available on the property. Located in a walkable, tree-lined neighborhood, the home is just around the corner from neighborhood favorites including local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the popular Thursday Farmer’s Market. You’re also just minutes from I-20, providing quick access to Downtown Atlanta, Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta, Little Five Points, Inman Park, and the BeltLine. No pets allowed. No smoking permitted in the house. Violation of these rules will result in a $200 charge. Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be more than the allowed number of guests on the property at any one time. A late check-out fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 11:00 am if not authorized. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. If these policies are violated, it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave the premises. Includes two dedicated workspaces and high-speed internet for a seamless remote work experience. A laptop computer is not included.
