An outdoor full kitchen includes a stainless-steel stovetop, ideal for grilling or cooking al fresco while you enjoy the warm evenings. Includes a smart TV, free washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles right on the property, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Nestled in one of Winter Park’s most sought-after neighborhoods, you’re just a short drive from downtown Orlando and the vibrant Winter Park village. Grocery stores and convenience shops are only five minutes away, while restaurants and shopping options are within eight minutes. Disney World and Universal Studios are a convenient twenty-minute drive, giving you easy access to the region’s top attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
