Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
