A smart TV is available for evening entertainment, and a free washer and dryer are available for convenient laundry. A large outdoor full kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel stove top, ideal for al fresco meals. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles right on the property. Nestled in one of Winter Park’s most sought-after neighborhoods, you’re just a short drive from downtown Orlando and the charming streets of Winter Park. Grocery and convenience stores are only five minutes away, while restaurants and shopping options are eight minutes distant. Disney and Universal Studios are a 20-minute drive, making theme-park adventures easy to reach. Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, and historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central Florida, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water and explore the vibrant lakes. Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living, there’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town! The best way to get around would be by car. Remember to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges! Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 6. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately.
