Pets are allowed at The Blackstone Manor, but a pet fee will be charged. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests. Kindly clean up after your pets and ensure they are never left unattended in the home. Street parking is available, and an EV charging outlet is provided for your convenience. Located in the heart of Atlanta, The Blackstone Manor offers unbeatable proximity to the city's most popular attractions. You’re just 8.1 miles from the airport, 1.8 miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium, 2.1 miles from State Farm Arena, and 2.6 miles from the Georgia World Congress Center. It’s also within easy reach of Georgia State University’s Convocation Center, Atlanta University Center, and Georgia Tech, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Getting around Atlanta is a breeze with easy access to major highways and public transportation options, making it convenient to explore the city and beyond. All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in to verify your identity, provide your check-in instructions, and register any required vehicle information for parking. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at our properties. Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors that do not record conversations but only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior approval. If you're planning a photoshoot, production, or meeting, please ensure that it's communicated and approved in advance. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to respect the neighbors. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Please treat the home with care and report any damages immediately. For your safety, the property is equipped with security cameras at the exterior entrances. These cameras are not used for interior monitoring. An EV charging outlet is available for your convenience. The entire property is accessible to guests, including the balcony.
