This apartment has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. A fitness center is free to use onsite. Multiple parking lots offer daily parking at reasonable prices within a 2 block radius. This apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything. It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. Guests must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation, except for students/interns. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
