Featuring soaring ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor, this apartment offers the greatest amenities to make you feel at home. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. The building controls the HVAC, so it automatically heats or cools depending on the season. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
