Feel at home in this beautifully furnished house located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac along one of Austin's best greenbelts and parks. Enjoy the classic 600-in-one arcade, take a stroll to the fishing pond at the end of the trail right out the back door, or easily access downtown Austin, the nearby Domain, or the Round Rock outlet malls via the highway. This house offers everything you need for a great stay. The main living areas are open and spacious, filled with great light and featuring an amazing deck that overlooks the creek and greenbelt trail. The entire house is yours to enjoy, and for an extra fee, access to the garage can be arranged. If you prefer a deep cleaning before your trip, please inform us at least a week in advance to arrange it for an additional $99 cleaning fee. For pet stays, a $200 deposit per pet is required for shorter stays, which doubles for stays longer than a week. Half of the deposit is refundable if no deep cleaning is needed and there is no pet damage. No parties are allowed. If you tend to get loud when drinking, please enjoy your drinks on 6th Street and use Uber to return home quietly. We conduct a basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleanings. If anything is unsatisfactory upon arrival, please communicate with us immediately so we can address it promptly.
