Feel at home with access to spa, pool, hot tub, and 4 restaurants, including Cipriani, offering the same amenities as the W Hotel. The apartment comes fully furnished with a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Valet at Icon is $11 for 0 to 1 hour, $19 for 1 to 4 hours, $24 for 4 to 10 hours, and $34 for 10 to 24 hours with no re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car. Valet at the W Hotel next door is $42 overnight with no re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car. There are two metered parkings 1 block and 3 blocks away and at 701 Brickell 2 blocks away overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 Monday to Sunday from 6 pm to 7 am. All guests must submit photo IDs before arrival, as check-in will not be granted otherwise. Check-ins after 10 pm are subject to a $25 charge and after 12 am $75. The swimming pool is currently under renovation and is open only on weekends, remaining closed during weekdays. It may also close on weekends, so we recommend asking for the latest updates before your stay.
