CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. Amenities are not for commercial use. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. This apartment is remote work-friendly, providing a comfortable environment for business travelers.
