The neighborhood itself is still undergoing development, and while this house has been fully renovated, other homes nearby have not been. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming. Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana Convention Center, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway are a short drive away. Parties are prohibited, and there is a $2000 party fee. Smoking is prohibited, and there is a $1000 smoking fee. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest.
