Feel at home in this budget-friendly, spacious 4-bedroom unit in Lutz, perfect for families or groups. This first-floor unit offers easy access. This home offers a full kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining area. A free washer and dryer are available for hassle-free laundry. The community pool, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, and walking/biking trail are just steps away. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. There is a $50 un-leashed pet fee per occurrence and a $50 pet waste pick-up fee per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is just minutes from local highlights: the University of South Florida (5 min, 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 min, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 min, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest capacity is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
