A separate dining area lets you gather around the table for shared meals and conversation. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment offers a blend of suburban residential streets and urban charm. You’re just a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. The location is near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
