The home is located near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in fines. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
