Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. The unit includes a dedicated workspace.
