Feel at home in this contemporary and luxurious space, located on the second floor of a complex with elevator access. The side door is commonly used as the main entrance, as the elevator is located there. This apartment features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, central AC, linens, towels, toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and two Smart TVs with access to Prime Video and Hulu. A Pack N Play and high chair are available for families. Paid parking is available in a lot next door, with rates ranging from $15 to $45 per 24 hours. Explore the historic sites of Olde City, known as America’s most historic square mile, including Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and Elfreth's Alley. The apartment is within walking distance of popular restaurants like Amada, Cuba Libre, and Zahav, as well as cafes and shops. You are also steps away from the Market-Frankford subway line and a short ride from Philadelphia's sports arenas and the Philadelphia International Airport. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights, up to a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, and pets must be well-behaved. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the apartment. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Do not disrespect the neighbors. Mail and package deliveries are not allowed. There is a $1000 charge for smoking of any kind, and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, including a $500 ozone treatment. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged an extra $50 per night per guest or pet. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional $75 charge for every 30 minutes. The hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee is $100 per hour. A lost key, key fob, or parking access swipe card will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. A lost parking pass tag will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines imposed by the apartment complex. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, extra cleanings are required once per month. A professional workspace is available.
